You can place an order by contacting us
directly with your requirements (item, engraving text, quantity, and deadline),
or by ordering online through our website. Once we receive your order, we’ll send a digital proof for your approval before proceeding with production.   

Yes. A digital artwork proof will be emailed to you within two (2) business days for your review and approval. Production will begin only after we receive your approval.

Absolutely. You can request revisions until you’re fully satisfied. We want it to be perfect before we engrave.

Changes requested after proof approval may result in additional charges and production delays. Please review your proof carefully before providing final approval.

Once a proof is approved, it is considered
final and ready for production. If an error is discovered after approval, a replacement may need to be ordered. If the error was on our end, we will correct it at no additional cost. However, if the approved proof contained an error that was missed during review, the cost of a replacement will be the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing all details before giving final approval.

Delivery to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon generally takes about 4 business days.For New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island, shipping usually takes 5–10 business days. 

If your order arrives damaged, please
contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged items and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
